Singapore edges closer to contract certainty
The Contract Certainty Working Group met this week to discuss guidelines for the Singapore Reinsurance Market Contract Certainty initiative.
Singapore is aiming to become the first country in Asia to introduce contract certainty into the reinsurance market.
The CCWG was formed in April 2011, and over 100 brokers, reinsurers and purchasers
