UK court approves launch of QBE Re
A UK court has approved QBE's plans to merge its non-Lloyd's reinsurance businesses across Europe.
The plan will see the creation of QBE Re, which will include QBE Re (Europe) as well as the firm's Irish and Belgian reinsurance operations.
The firm will be led by chief underwriting officer Jonathan
