CNA to buy Hardy
US commercial property and casualty insurer CNA is to acquire troubled Lloyd's insurer Hardy Underwriting.
The boards on both firms have agreed the sale, which will be implemented through a merger under the Bermuda Companies Act.
Hardy shareholders will be entitled to 280p in cash for each common share
