Aon Benfield launches ILS benchmarking tool
Aon Benfield Securities has launched an insurance-linked securities (ILS) benchmarking tool, the Aon Benfield ILS Indices, which provides a quantitative view of ILS returns since December 2000.
The ILS Indices track the performance of catastrophe bonds in each of four portfolios: All Bond, BB-rated Bond, US Hurricane Bond, and US Earthquake Bond. Each index is a total return index
