PCI weighs in on Senate regulatory reform debate
The Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) has voiced concerns over the reform of payments into resolution funds.
The PCI has urged a measured approach to financial services regulatory reform following the Senate's vote last night to proceed to debate on the "Restoring American Financial Stability Act of 2010".
