Qatar Insurance Q1 profit rises 2.1% to $59m
Middle Eastern insurer sees profits and underwriting income grow, but gross premiums fall in the first quarter of 2010.
Qatar Insurance's net profit grew 2.1% to QAR216.6m ($59.5m) in the first quarter of 2010, compared to QAR212.1m in the same period last year, according to its statement on the Qatar Exchange.
