Endurance's top shareholder wants merger
Endurance has been told that it should consider a merger with one of its (re)insurance rivals, one of the company's largest shareholders has told the company's management.
In a letter to the management, Perry Capital, Endurance's top shareholder said that it believes that the (re)insurer should look at its "strategic alternatives and pursue a possible merger or other
