FCA faces staff vote on strike action

Financial Conduct Authority staff are voting on whether to take industrial action at the regulator.

Union Unite, which represents FCA staff, has today launched an indicative ballot threatening strike action.

The union alleged that staff were left “enraged” last month after FCA CEO Nikhil Rathi
