Alex Alway and Andrew Scott have teamed up to form UKGI Group and have bought compliance consultancy firm RWA, Post can reveal.
UKGI Group was incorporated on 30 March this year with Alway, pictured, as a director and Scott as person with significant control, according to filings at Companies House. Both are shareholders in
