Regulators consult on operational resilience
Insurance is one of the sectors under the spotlight in a shared policy summary and joint consultation by the Financial Conduct Authority, Prudential Regulation Authority and the Bank of England on incoming requirements to strengthen operational resilience in financial services.
The FCA had listed operational resilience as a key priority in its 2019/20 Business Plan.
The consultation follows on from a discussion paper on operational resilience published by the authorities
