Brit extends deadline for Apollo bid
In a stock exchange announcement Dutch domiciled Brit has confirmed an extension has been granted to the deadline for a formal bid by Apollo and CVC Capital Partners.
The firm said: "Over the last four weeks the company has worked closely with the consortium to seek to satisfy the pre-conditions to the consortium's possible offer, the terms of which remain
