Proposal seeks to lift China's foreign motor insurer ban
China may be set to lift the exclusion on foreign insurers selling compulsory motor insurance in the region.
The China Insurance Regulatory Commission has submitted a proposal to the state council to allow foreign insurers to sell compulsory motor insurance, according to global law firm Norton Rose.
