IUA issues Bribery Act warning
The International Underwriting Association has urged insurers to make certain that they are managing the risks associated with the new Bribery Act.
According to the IUA, the "broad nature" of the act raises a number of potential issues for both insurers and brokers and means that potential areas of risk need to be managed effectively.
