When we canvass the opinion of clients about what they value most in terms of broker service, a positive response to claims is always one of the top items on the list. As brokers, we often get drawn into the day-to-day price fixation that blights our industry and we risk forgetting, or overlooking, the very topic that clients are most concerned about – protecting their bottom line and assets.
