Travelers acquires Simply Business for $490m
Travelers has agreed to acquire Simply Business from Aquiline Capital Partners for approximately $490m (£401m).
The acquisition marks the third time the business has been acquired in four years, with private equity firm Anacap buying the firm in 2013 and Aquiline Capital Partners acquiring it in June last year
