Helios to acquire Lloyd’s underwriter Pooks
Helios will acquire Lloyd’s underwriter Pooks Limited for £870,659.
The deal is in line with the company's "strategy of increasing underwriting capacity through acquisition", a stock market update said.
Pooks' underwriting capacity is £784,666, compared to Helios'
