Thomas becomes group CEO at Thomas Carroll
Rhys Thomas, formerly managing director of Thomas Carroll Brokers, has been appointed CEO of Thomas Carroll Group.
He will oversee business activity across all group divisions and regions at the insurance broker and financial planner, which is headquarted in Cardiff.
Son of 1972 co-founder Evan Thomas, he joined
