Biba 2016: Gordon Brown presents award to industry rising star
Former Prime Minister Gordon Brown presented the Young Broker of the Year Award at Biba 2016.
The top prize this year went to Oliver Rose, from One Call Insurance, as he has been "integral in the outstanding growth of a regional insurance broker", according to a statement.
