Foil condemns MoJ court fees hike
The Forum of Insurance Lawyers has criticised a Ministry of Justice proposal to raise court fees in order to subsidise other parts of the court service.
Under the changes, fees will be increased for all claims valued at more than £10,000 so that the court fee is 5% of the amount of the claim, subject to a maximum fee of £10,000 which would be reached
