Less than 6% have earthquake cover in Napa County
One of the reasons the insured damage of the 24 August earthquake was relatively small was because of lack of cover.
Total economic losses from the magnitude 6.0 earthquake were expected to breach $2bn, with insured losses expected to be capped at $250m.
