Omdbudsman upheld fewer GI complaints in Q1
The Financial Services Ombudsman has resolved a smaller proportion of general insurance complaints in favour of consumers for the first quarter of 2014/15.
Across most classes of insurance business, a smaller proportion of complaints were upheld for the three months from April to June, with mean uphold rates for insurance products sitting at 37%.
