GAB joins customer service institute
GAB Robins has joined the Institute of Customers Services, committing to help all staff undertake targeted qualifications within two years.
30 members of staff will begin training to become customer service coaches next week in readiness to support claims handling staff for industry recognised qualifications.
All new staff will also join
