“Over complication” holding back London market

Over complicated processes and lack of customer connections are preventing the London market from improving claims processes according to a study from Gracechurch Consulting.

A survey of claims professionals conducted by the firm cited the twin factors as slowing any moves from the market to achieve a proposition focused on policy holders.
