Aspen Reinsurance, the reinsurance segment of Aspen Insurance, has appointed Scott Hurlburt as senior vice president and head of North American surety.
Hurlburt joins Aspen Re from Partner Re where he was vice president, specialty lines. He will report to Mike Sowa, managing director, Aspen Re, North America and also to Winfried Knust, global head of
