Homeserve UK boss King stepping down in 2014
Homeserve UK chief executive Jonathan King is to step down next year, with group chief operating officer Martin Bennett set to replace him.
King will leave the HomeServe membership board on 31 December 2013 and the HomeServe plc board on 31 March 2014.
He will be replaced by Bennett as CEO from 1 January.
Bennett was appointed group COO
