New CPR will benefit insurers
The Civil Procedures Rules update announced by the Ministry of Justice will provide “massive savings” for insurers, according to the Motor Accident Solicitors Society.
The CPR were updated to include the changes dictated by Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act, due to come into force on April.
