SRA embraces referral fees ban for PI cases
The Solicitors Regulation Authority board will amend the Solicitors Code of Conduction to incorporate the ban on referral fees in personal injury cases.
The changes, discussed yesterday, included two new mandatory outcomes, stating in chapter six that "you are not paid a prohibited referral fee" and chapter nine that "you do not pay a prohibited
