Eleven of the top 20 postcodes with the highest rate of third-party injuries are in Birmingham, according to new actuarial data.
The top six postcodes were all in Birmingham, while Manchester postcodes were seventh, ninth and 14th, Bradford postcodes were eighth, 10th, 12th and 16th, while London's N17 postcode was 17th and
