Merlin Claims' joint administrators have recommended that the fallen loss adjuster enter liquidation once the administrative work is sufficiently complete.
The ultimate decision on a voluntary arrangement or dissolution lies with Merlin's creditors, but joint BDO administrators Mark Shaw and Shay Brannon are likely to become joint liquidators.
