The Ministry of Justice has called on stakeholders to respond to the long-awaited discount rate consultation, which it finally launched yesterday.
All those with an interest in personal injury damages have until 23 October to complete the questionnaire and ultimately answer the question posed: Damages Act 1996 Discount rate - how should it be
