Property rebuilding costs continue to slow
The annual rise in the UK's index of house rebuilding costs is continuing to slow down, according to the Building Cost Information Service of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
The index for the first quarter of 2012 shows a small rise of 0.3% over the fourth quarter of 2011 and a 2.5% rise compared with the first quarter of 2011.
