John Paynter quits JLT board
John Paynter is to retire from the Jardine Lloyd Thompson board on 30 June, forcing JLT to appoint Richard Harvey as chairman of its remuneration committee with immediate effect.
Paynter said that he has taken this decision in view of his increasing range of other commitments.
He has been on the JLT board since October 2008 and has been chairman of the remuneration committee
