Phone app launched for motor claims
A start-up company of legal, finance, vehicle recovery and insurance workers has created a smartphone app called iAccident to collect claimants’ data at accident sites.
iAccident will pass on claims details to the drivers' own insurers or the chosen lawyers - for a £25 fee - or will pass on the claims to their own panel of lawyers and vehicle body repair shops.
