Merlin appoints service centre technical manager
Merlin has appointed Patrick Toole as technical manager of its service centre division.
Mr Toole, who joins the company from GAB Robins, will be managing the firm's technical strategy and the delivery of its Total Claims Management Solution (TCMS) offering.
