Professional negligence claims set to rise
Professional negligence claims are expected to rise before the year is out, according to law firm Browne Jacobson.
The latest litigation statistics from the Ministry of Justice show that 144 professional negligence litigation cases were brought against solicitors in the Chancery Division of the High Court in 2010
