BA set to increase workforce by 20%

Broker Assistance is aiming to increase its workforce by up to 20% in a bid to "meet the demands of its customer base".

The motor claims and legal expenses specialist, which has seen new business increase 40% in the past 12 months, employs more than 100 staff at its Warrington headquarters.
