Career development & CSR: BGL Group donation boosts reach of Samaritans

The BGL Group has donated £15 000 to The Samaritans. The cash boost will directly support a project updating The Samaritans' contact systems, which will allow the charity to answer thousands more calls from people in emotional distress.

Last year, the BGL Group donated more than £100 000 to charitable organisations — both locally and nationally — as it focused on reaching its strategic donation target of £1m to good causes by July
