Ariel Re names chief underwriter
Ariel Reinsurance has appointed Ryan Mather to the newly created position of chief underwriter for reinsurance.
Mr Mather joined the Bermuda-based firm in December 2005 as senior vice president for international reinsurance and since 2008 has served as chief underwriter for Ariel Re's property reinsurance
