Rok and Xactware agree technology deal
Rok has agreed a deal with Xactware which will see the the building maintenance company's technicians use PDAs to organise repairs remotely.
As part of the deal, the technicians will use the technology to schedule appointments, plan routes and organise deliveries when out of the office. In addition, Rok will gain use Xactware's scoping and
