Pegasystems has announced a new insurance claims solution that it said will “revolutionise” the way insurer’s process claims and deploy claims management functionality across operations.
Pegasystems said that the new solution, Pega Claims, features case management capabilities which free up claims operations from manual, inefficient tasks by automating work activities and guiding
