Accident Exchange recovers hire charges
Credit hire organisation Accident Exchange has recovered full hire charges in one of thousands of outstanding court cases concerning allegedly dishonest rate evidence supplied by research firm Autofocus.
The case, Stewart v Rees, involved RSA as the defendant insurer was due to be heard in Newcastle County Court today but the case was conceded earlier this week. The original hire in full and costs
