The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters is due to publish a handbook offering legal and practical advice on handling property damage claims for loss adjusters and claims handlers.
Property Insurance Law and Claims will be launched at the CILA's annual conference this month. Co-authored by Brendan McCarthy, partner at law firm Beachcroft, James Deacon, an associate of Beachcroft
