Refinancing will see Accident Exchange de-list from LSE
Credit hire operator Accident Exchange is to de-list from the London Stock Exchange after restructuring its credit facility.
It comes after discussions began with Morgan Stanley, its senior lender, concerning a restructuring of the company's existing £40m credit facility, which would result in fewer than 25% of its ordinary
