Lloyd’s eyes overhaul of claims handling process

LLOYD’S is considering overhauling the way that claims are handled in the market as part of its ‘future processes’ initiative led by the London Market Group.

Post understands three firms including Xchanging and IBM were shortlisted at the end of July to oversee the roll-out if it gets the green light next year.
