BCIS reveals fall in house rebuilding costs
The cost of rebuilding a house has fallen 1.6% in the second quarter of 2010 compared with the second quarter of 2009.
According to figures produced by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors' Building Cost Information Service, which produces an index measuring the contributory factors to house rebuilding costs
