H&S review "irrelevant"
The Claims Standards Council has labelled Lord Young of Graffham's upcoming review on health and safety legislation as "totally irrelevant".
As part of the review, announced on Monday, Lord Young will examine the perceived compensation culture and consider banning personal injury advertisements.
