Broker network director warns intermediaries over claims farming
1 Answer Network business development director Trevor Cutts has criticised the practice of claims farming for ‘undermining the claims process and the integrity of the industry’.
Mr Cutts claimed that the industry would suffer if the integrity of client data, often sold on to claims companies by brokers, was compromised.
