£20m Lloyds TSB cash injection for Hastings
Personal lines specialist Hastings Direct has become the latest broker to receive third-party capital after agreeing to a £20m cash injection from Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets.
The package is Hastings' first significant capital injection since its £23.5m management buy-out from Insurance Australia Group in December 2008.
Hastings chief executive Edward Fitzmaurice told Post
