IIABNY to take legal action
The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of New York announced that it will proceed with legal action to stop contingent charges legislation from taking effect.
The regulation requires insurance agents and brokers to tell their clients certain information about how insurance companies and others compensate them.
IIABNY believes this will harm consumers
