Manslaughter publicity orders go live
From 15 February, any organisation guilty of an offence under the Corporate Manslaughter Act is potentially liable to a publicity order, requiring it to publicise details of its conviction and sentence.
Arrangements for implementing section 10 (‘publicity orders’) of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 have been announced by the Ministry of Justice.
